How to Refer a Patient
There are two simple ways to connect your patient with us:
1. Send a Referral
Use your own referral format or request our simple referral form. We'll follow up with your patient directly and keep you updated if needed.
2. Have the Patient Reach Out
You can also let your patient know they can book online or call us directly. We’ll take it from there — offering a full consultation, options for insurance reimbursement, and education on care.
If needed, we can provide a sample Letter of Medical Necessity and guidance on coding for cranial prostheses.
